If you are looking for a mail encryption service to use, I can recommend mailvelope. Although you can sign/encrypt content manually, it will store/verify public keys much quicker and is a trusted service.
Note that as indicated above, my key is uploaded to keys.openpgp.org, so there should be no need to manually import it.
Also, if you know what you're doing, you should not need to use my relay email.
